coldfusion 10 does not see my datasources

I have just had to rebuild my server and I am trying to get coldfusion reconfigured and I did not configure it the first time.  I have loaded coldfusion 10 on the c:/drive and all my data is on the d:/drive and I cannot get coldfusion to see the data.  What do I need to do?
