ColdFusion 10 Enterprise Licence

I am trying to determine how many CF10 ENT licence's I need to purchase to upgrade my CF9 ENT environment. I run 5 VM Windows 2008 Servers. I purchased 5 licence's last year when I upgraded to CF9 Ent but I believe I purchased too many. The EULA mentions that you can run 10 VM servers from one license but I wanted to get clarification. Does anybody know.

Thanks

Alex

It also depends on the hardware you are running it on. How many servers with how many processors and how many cores?

The I am assigned 2 cpu’s with 2 cores for each VM. There isn’t just one host machine. The VM instance moves across multiple blades but each blade is a quad proc 4 core machine.
