ColdFusion 10 Service Temporarily Unavailable Screen

We upgraded to ColdFusion 10 in April 2013.  It has been running great until the past week or so.  Now, at various times, the servers are showing the Error 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable screen.  We have 5 servers that are load balanced and are using CF10 Standard.  We are in a 32-bit environment on virtual servers.  We are running Windows Server 2003 with 4GB RAM.  Our traffic has not really changed and nothing has changed for ColdFusion on the servers.

I would appreciate any assistance that anyone could lend.

This is for CF 11 however is applicable for CF 10. Once you go through this blog, you will be able to make appropriate changes. Then you will not face this error.
