Would like to differ to legal person or Adobe staffer.

I think this section answers your question:

3.1.2.1 Virtual Machine License based on pCPU/vCPU/vCore.

    (a) Enterprise License for multiple VM. If Licensee has obtained a Production Software license to the

enterprise version of the Software, Adobe grants Licensee the right to run an unlimited number of VM

instances of the Software, as long as Licensee has obtained a valid license, pursuant to Section 3.1.1, for all

the pCPUs of the underlying Computer(s) operating the VMs.

    Hi,

    You might like this:

Perhaps a legal person could clarify but from what I read here; each Production Software License can run on a maximum of one VM instance; would mean no to your question unless you were doing so for backup purposes.
