Coldfusion 2016 does NOT start on boot

Hi,

Running:

CentOS 7 Linux

Coldfusion 2016

Coldfusion install modifies the chkconfig/runlevels to allow coldfusion to start on boot.

However, chkconfig is a discontinued feature in CentOS 7 Linux

I created a coldfusion script

"coldfusion.service"

outlined in

https://scottlinux.com/2014/12/08/how-to-create-a-systemd-service-in-linux-centos-7/

why won't coldfusion start on boot?

Brian Erickson

I called tech support for Adobe Coldfusion.

Waited 4 hours.assistance.

Hi Brian,

Could you please try reinstallation and check "Start ColdFusion on system init" during fresh installation.
