ColdFusion 2016 downgrade rights to ColdFusion 11?

Can a customer buy ColdFusion 2016 and get a download/backward licensing to ColdFusion 11? If yes, what is the process involved.

Yes, as long as you buy your license through an Adobe retailer. Then you can ask Adobe for a downgrade serial number.

If you buy direct from the Adobe website, you can't.
