Coldfusion 2016 - JDBC Oracle Error ORA-01882

Hi There

Have loaded CF 2016 server on a test PC to test the impactof upgrading of our website from CF10, however when defining an ORACLE 11.gdata source am getting this error. Works fine with CF10.

Connection verification failed for data source: cls4

java.sql.SQLException: [Oracle JDBCDriver][Oracle]ORA-01882: timezone region not found 

The root cause was that: java.sql.SQLException:[Macromedia][Oracle JDBC Driver][Oracle]ORA-01882: timezone region not found 

Any advice on fixing it?
