Coldfusion 2018 Clustered Schedule Task (MySQL Database) not working after Update 13

We updated to update 13 (from update 11). The scheduled tasks are run on a cluster with MySQL. After the update all clustered schedule tasks disappeared. When tried to disable cluster and enable by selecting datasource and try to submit changes, it shows up with the following wierd error messages. I have verified scheduled task DSN and its working.
