    Yes, and it would really be nice if Adobe had emailed me the new  CF9Ent serial number!!  I have a support/maintenance/upgrade plan (Platinum) that is paid up until 2011 and try as I might (email and phone) I can't get any satisfaction from Adobe.  This exact same thing happened when CF8 came out.  I finally had to contact the ColdFusion product manager to get it resolved.  I don't know who the CF9 product manager is.

    I can see by Adobe's site (which is terrible, by the way) that they are trying to resolve support issues.  It's about time!!!

    Sorry for the rant but it makes me mad that my company has spent thousands of dollars for support that is unreachable.
