ColdFusion Archives option is missing

Hi,

I have a CF7 Standard installed on Windows 2003 Server with IIS 5.1. I noticed that under Packaging and Deployment menu in Coldfusion Administrator, the only option listed is J2EE archives. ColdFusion Archives option is missing.

Any idea as why ColdFusion Archives is missing from Coldfusion Administrator.
Thanks,

Joe

I found that by editing license.properties file, you can revert it to developer edition to be able to take backup of server settings.

No, Jochem, I'm only doing things through the traditional web interface. Perhaps some of the reason some things show up to people is based on whether one posts in one or the other interface. That, and the other things you mention, are really a shame to hear. Hope they're sorted out.

Have you worked with the new email interface?

It doesn't group or thread, all messages arrive individually:
    http://adobeforums.adobe.com/servlet/JiveServlet/download/1618380-1485/GmailNew.gif

It consistently deletes the complete body of my email messages.

It does not include References or In-Reply-To headers.

The servers have been blacklisted for 2 weeks now because they are
    misconfigured.

It would be a real shame to see you (and others) leave. Can I just offer my observation that at least this forum, the "ColdFusion Server Administration" one, is low volume enough that I have no problem following it via email. I realize that for some it's NNTP or nothing. Just offering that one thought before we see you go.

Right. Well that'll be the end of me then.

I guess it'll free up a bit of my time, if nothing else ;-)

    Are they discontinuing the feed?

In that case, I shall be discontinuing my participation on these forums.

Yup. We NNTP users only got Joe's original post. We NNTP 'Newsgroup
users' have always been a bit of a 'red headed step child' to the
forums. We never have gotten updated messages if a post is 'edited' in
the web interface nor do we receive code if it is 'attached' via the
    interface.

Looks like we are going to be completely left behind in the new Adobe
Forum if what I read today is true.

Same here: I'm only seeing Ian & Charlie's comments, after the initial
posting. To the OP: how are you posting your follow-ups? Something about
the way you're doing it is preventing them from being put out on the NNTP
    feed...

That is curious, Ian. FWIW, I don't use NNTP but instead do just use the web interface.

I don't use NNTP (just never got into it over the years) and instead receive this forum's messages by email. I know that's repugnant to NNTP users, but the forum's not THAT busy. :-) So when I do reply to a thread, I do use the web interface.

It would be sad if somehow you're not seeing Joe's other replies. He did do them via the web, as far as I can tell (it doesn't label him as a newsgroup user.) If it may explain any confusion, my previous 2 replies came in after his last (third) note. Ian, are you saying you never got any of Joe's notes after his first?

I got curios and checked the web interface, but I seldom do that, and as
a 'Newsgroup User' I have not been seeing the edits and other web replys
to this thread, just careharts' replies.

A bit like just hearing half a phone conversation.
