Can someone help me find the link to download ColdFusion Builder 1?

I can't seem to find where to download it.

Is Builder 2 compatible with ColdFusion 9?

You do not want to run CFB 1.0. It was a very poor piece of software, and was not - IMO - production ready. CFB2.0 kinda got it almost production ready (like a solid public beta quality).

CFB 2.0.1 is production-ready.

And, yeah, CFB 2.0.1 is compatible with CF8 upwards (depending on what your yardstick of "compatibility" is...).
