Coldfusion Builder 2 Server Setup Problem

Hey all,

I recently downloaded Coldfusion 10 and the Coldfusion Builder 2 trial. Everything installed fine but I run into a problem when trying to setup a server in CF Builder. The section for server settings tells me "Server home is not valid" when I point it to the C:\Coldfusion10 directory. It also greys out the version box leaving me unable to select a version.

As a result when I try to start the server I get "Error retrieving server version" and "Unable to find JNDI port" errors. I've watched 2 video tutorials and done Google searches but I'm not sure if I'm doing something wrong or perhaps there some sort of incompatability with the software.

Has anyone else encountered this and can point me in the right direction? Here's a screen cap of my settings and the error.

Thanks.

I _think_ the document root should be C:\ColdFusion10\wwwroot\

I'm in the same boat, I ran the basic installer after watching some tutorial videos so that is all set correctly.

I had to use the following to get the version to appear...

    Server Home: C:\ColdFusion10\cfusion

    Document Root: C:\ColdFusion10\cfusion\wwwroot

I also had to click in the field for doc root then back then the drop menu appeared. It was a strange back and forth.

Now after setting this up I can see the server and it's tables in the RDS Dataview window on the right side of the IDE but in the "Servers" pane it shows the db as being Stopped.

I've logged into my localhost in a browser and can see all of the db info so I know it's running. There is something missing in ColdFusion Builder that is not working.

I am having the same exact problem on my Mac OS X except I don't get the prompt to add server version at all.
