ColdFusion Builder 2016 WTH is the Tag Editor?

The advertising for ColdFusion Builder 2016 clearly states it has a Tag Editor. It's on this page: Features | Adobe ColdFusion Builder

Where is it? I tried every keyboard shortcut. I've looked all over the help files. I can't find it. The feature page reads:

Tag editor

Easily maintain existing code and minimize code errors by identifying required tag attributes and assigning values with the tag editor.

Is this feature in the program or is it a case of false advertising? This claim of having a Tag Editor goes back to CF Builder 3. It did not have one either yet it was advertised as having one.
