ColdFusion Builder 3 kept freezing when working on mapped network file

1. CFB3 does not show the latest files and file structures when the project's source of files are located in a mapped network drive. I've even tried to manually refresh and it just won't refresh.

2. CFB3 freezes when I am working on a file that is from a mapped network drive.

I first thought it might be the network drive but the file works fine in NotePad++ and Aptana Studio 3.

Anyone know what's going on? If I open the file and the File View instead of from the ColdFusion project, it works fine. The ColdFusion project folders didn't even refresh/update the latest change or files.

Hi,

I've been using CFB3 exclusively for the past 2 or 3 weeks using UNC paths as the project path.  I'm not using mapped drives.  Even when I was VPN'ed from home, I haven't seen much of a problem.    Does it work if you don't map the drive, but instead go via UNC?

I did have locking problems when using Dreamweaver on a UNC path.  It would lock up on a save, and when it was done, it'd leave the saved file behind, but with the System attribute set - meaning it was impossible for me to do anything with it until the System attribute was unset.  I do not have the same problems when using CFB3, or any other editor

Good luck
