ColdFusion Builder download without Akamai

Cannot download ColdFusion Builder trial edition.  Akamai works, but hangs when it starts the download:

Using the help, it says to click the link to download without Akamai, but there is no such link.  About to give up even trying this product with the trouble I've had even downloading the trial.

    Thanks Charlie!  They were VERY responsive. Had a link to download from within 5 minutes!
