ColdFusion Builder install problems

After removing the Public Beta 3, and following the instructions found here.

The problem I am getting is a window is popping up, and no matter how many times I uninstall and reinstall I get an error 147:20

Any ideas how I can get around this?

1) Review the documentation to see whether the license/trial period hasn't expired.

2) Log in as administrator

1) The product is not 2 days old, so how can th trial period have expired?

2) I always run everything as an Administrator.

For example, if you attempt to install when there are still remnants of a previous installation on your machine.
