ColdFusion Builder reports "problem encountered trying to load trial period"

Just downloaded ColdFusion Builder and installed on MAC OS (current Release).  Loaded as a standalone version and also tried as an addon to FlashBuilder.

In both cases, when asked for a license key and indicating "trial period" I got this error.  Click continue allowed the application to continue to run, but much of the functionality appeared disabled.

Have tried reinstalling - nothing works.
