ColdFusion Hotfixes and the Bundled PMT Hotfix Jar

Hello all,

QQ, with each CF Hotfix, there is also the PM hotfix.jar file that is bundled.  I see the date modified on the bundled hotfix.jar falls in date/time range for the update.  For example in hotfix 8, the PMT-hotfix\hotfix.jar has a modified date of 3/13/2020.  However, when I run the jar, the wizard notes its for PMT Update 1.  

Thus, what is up and should the PMT hotfix be run as well?  If not, perhaps it should not be bundled with the CF HF 8?
