coldfusion installation

Hi All,  Hope someone can help. I was installing Coldfusion 7 on a Win2003 server and the configuration wizard did not appear. I checked the install log and there were no errors. When I attempt to start the Administrator and get a Service Unavaliable message: (http://127.0.0.1/CFIDE/administrator/index.cfm) Thanks for any help..

Curious. Did you start the service itself from the Windows Services control panel? And, not just to start it but to ensure that CF was installed properly as Windows services.

Also, and just to be sure, are you installing it on top of IIS (as opposed to Apache on Windows)? Finally, what install type did you select (standalone web server, etc.)?
