coldfusion.mail.MailSessionException

We just started getting this error within the last 2-3 weeks and cannot figure out a solution other than

restarting the cf services. Anyone have any ideas what to do to fix this particular issue?

Have you applied any updates recently?

Do you have antivirus on your server that may be blocking port 25? Can you telnet to your mail server on port 25?
