ColdFusion MX Won't Open

When I try to open ColdFusion MX Administrator; it tries to open a webpage that will not display. How can I open this program? Please help Adobe offers no support for this product anymore. I'm trying to develop and test some CF pages and connect to my database and test locally. Thanks.

    How are you trying to open it? When you say it will not display, what is

    the actual error?

    Generally speaking to view the CF administrator it is:

    http://yourdomain.com/cfide/administrator however often you can't view the

    administrator publicly, and have to be local to the server,

    http://localhost/cfide/administrator some will also lock that folder down

    (password protect), rename it, etc for security. So depending on how it is

    installed and configured, how your server is configured, and how you are

    attempting to view it, there could be lots of answers.
