Hey stuck here! Can anyone teach me how to setup a mysql database for my coldfusion 9? pls. im just lost!

A step-by-step guide would be very helpful. Links would be much appreciated!

MySQL server installed + ColdFusion 9 & CF Builder 2 installed already + Apache Web Server also installed

ALL 4 SOFTWARES ARE INSTALLED IN ONE UNIT WITH ONE IP ADDRESS. IS THAT OK? ? ? ?

You are really asking for too much all at once, here. Have you read the MySQL documentation? Have you read the CF documentation? There's nothing CF-specific about creating MySQL databases, and not very much that's CF-specific about using them, either.

It is ok to have all those installed on one machine with a single IP address, as long as you aren't using that machine for production.
