The formId and httpMethod are listed in reverse order under the Parameters section above. The correct order is in Function Syntax section.

My understanding is that the items in the Parameters table are simply descriptions of the parameters. They are, in general, not necessarily in the order in which they appear in the function. However, I can understand the confusion, because the majority of the items are listed in the order in which they appear in the function.
