Hi,

I have a coldfusion 10 developer edition installed.

In my admin panel I have english language. But my server monitor is in Japanese. I don't know why.

How can I change the language of the monitor?

Nobody cares - population: 7 billion.  Well my guess is that it's time to leave adobe shit for ColdFusion now.  Time to find out more about LUCEE - the Railo used to be.

    Hi Giovanni,

There are two ways to change it back to English on server level:-

    1) Check your server locale and change it to anything but japanese.

    2) Take a backup and rename smresource_en.xml to smresource_jp.xml in CFIDE\administrator\monitor. Restart ColdFusion.

No, my server is not set to Japanese locale.  It is a well known bug and the people at adobe are so disconnected from reality that you don't have the slightest clue about the existence of this issue.

I've known how to replicate the issue and I even knew how to fix it, but I couldn't care less now.

    BUMP.

Anyone?  This is really more annoying than it should be.  AND a bug filed a long time ago which still exists in CF10.

As it is a dev server, is it possible to uninstall ColdFusion 10 then delete the ColdFusion 10 folder from the hard drive. Download ColdFusion 10 from www.adobe.com and then install it once again.
