ColdFusion Splendor empty log coldfusion-error.log

ColdFusion Splendor admin > Debugging & Logging > Log Files > coldfusion-error.log is empty.

Log file coldfusion-error.log does not have any content. In CF10 I found technical details recorded in coldfusion-error.log when CF started or stopped has been helpful to resolve problems. Why is coldfusion-error.log empty or blank? Will CF11 release have coldfusion-error.log with log contents?
