Coldfusion Webservice with attachment

Hi
I would like to send file as a attachemnt in web service which is written in coldfusion .
Please help me on how to write the Web service in coldfusion to send a attachemnt
I have read we can do that using DIME , but not sure how to do that in CF

Any help be great...
