Question

Coldfusion Won't Download

I have been trying to download Coldfusion MX 7 for 2 days with no luck
I don't know what is wrong with the coldfusion page on adobe's site:
http://www.adobe.com/products/coldfusion/
When I go to the download page, it never finishes loading! I have tried on all browsers(firefox, safrai, IE).
Whatever I try to do on the page it does not work. I have tried to use the pull down menu to pick the operating system, and I can never pick one(keeps refreshing), and it keeps going back to the original options of picking your operating system.

I am not sure if adobe knows about this, as I am sure they want people using this page. I have tried on many different computers, and I don't think that this is just an Hawaii problem.

Has anybody had issues with this page? I can't seem to get past this, and I need to download the developers edition for my computer at school, as I don't want to carry my laptop to school to school everyday.

Thanks for any help,
John

Try calling Adobe on the phone and ask for the sales department. Report this problem to them. The sales people have a high interest in these pages working.

Hi Brendon,
So worries, thanks again for all your help. I don't understand what is going on.
I have tried to contact adobe, but nobody got back to me. Would you have the e-mail of somebody I could contact on the cf support team?

Thanks again for all your help,
John

Sorry John, wrong thread.
You can (I've done it in the past) email their support team, and request
ftp access for a period of time. This might suit you better?

Hi Brendon,
Thanks for your response.
Actually, this problem is with the adobe page, and not a mac issue.
I can't get the the page to finish loading, and therefore I can download the developers edition of coldfusion for any operating system.
Thanks again for your help,
John
