COMPLETELY uninstalling CFB3

I'm trying to troubleshoot some bugs and errors in CFB3 and after I run the uninstaller and reinstall Coldfusion Builder 3 my projects all magically reappear as soon as I open the newly installed version of CFB3.

Can anyone share where these property/xml files are that keep this info around on my machine? I'm on Mac OSX 10.10.2 and I'm working with CFB 3 version 3.0.0 build 292922.

I'm not sure exactly on a Mac, but it will be somewhere inside where your user profile is stored.  On Windows, it's in "C:\Users\Username\ColdFusion Builder 3 workspace".
