Concurrent Users Limitation

I was wondering if there is a setting for concurrent users in Coldfusion MX 6.1? The admin has looked in several locations for where the concurrent users setting was set, but doesn't remember where it was.

    It's the "Maximum Number of Simultaneous Requests", available in the "Server Settings" (first section) of the Admin, on the "Setting" page in CF 7, and in the "Request Tuning" page in CF8.
