This needs to be updated, as the Solr architecture changed in ColdFusion 10, at least for Windows. There is no longer a "ColdFusion # Solr Service" (and especially not a "ColdFusion 9 Solr Service"). The file to modify is jetty.lax not solr.lax, and the default memory option is now -Xmx512m instead of -Xmx256m.
