I believe the first bullet point under #1 is incorrect. There is no "lib" at the cf_root directory. The top level directories are cfusion, config, jre and uninstall. So the correct path to install drivers (and I did this successfully with SQLite driver) is: cf_root/cfusion/lib/[driver].
