Connecting to .Net assemblies on remote server from docker containers

Anyone have any insight into connecting to .net assemblies on a remote server while using ACF docker images?

I am attempting to use CreateObject to point to the assemblies but the assembly file path keeps trying to point to the local file system on the docker container rather than the file path on the remote server.
