constant resource is out of sync opening files

Every time I open a file off a network drive, I get a resource is out of sync, press F5 message

this error message is also not selectable which makes searching for a solution harder

That's probably Eclipse, not CFB really. There is a "Refresh

automatically" option in Preferences\Workspace that may help.
