Consume SharePoint Webservice with Coldfusion

Has anyone been able to consume a SharePoint web service with Coldfusion? Any examples, resources or tips? A basic example would be to pull in a list.

My group is also having trouble with this. The problems seems to be related to CF not being able to use NTLM authentication.
