I need to find information about using ColdFusion as a client for an OData 4 REST service. Is this possible? Is there anyone who has implemented this who could give me direction or point me to some sites or documentation?

I just grabbed that link from the top of the list, not knowing it was third-party.  I posted it because it had examples of how to do what you want.

This URL might be more helpful.  Adobe Support:

Hi,

Thanks for the link. I was hoping that we did not have to purchase a third party licence to in order to use OData REST service in ColdFusion!

Even if the JDBC library doesn't work out for you, there's no charge for building your own REST client. This will involve CFHTTP calls where you build the request yourself, specify some custom request headers, specify different HTTP verbs as needed, and so on. Modern versions of CF support all of those HTTP verbs etc that you might need.
