Create a flash thumbnails based on original flash file

Hi,Friends
Coldfusion and flash is the same family,anyone know how could I create a thumbnails based on the original file as attached as example, so that I can create a link between?

to say I want to make it samller as width="120" height="90", the orginal one is width="425" height="350" (like the one from youtube.com)
