Create appointment

hi,

I want to create an appointment in users calendar based on the form. I can create the direct appointment but what do I have to do if they want to accept it before it goes into their calendar.

    You change the appointment to an invitation, write something that enables them to accept or reject, and then apply the code you already have to put the appointment into their calendar.

    If they accept of course.
