Create DSN with instance server

Hi,

I have the instances server such as api\com,12368

I can create the DSN with server and port # 12368, but with the instances: api/com didn't work. I guess it didn't take the back splash from the server. What can I do?

What do you mean by that? Are you talking about ColdFusion instances? What does api\com stand for?

What kind of datasource do you wish to create? SQL Server, MySQL or Oracle?
