Create Outlook Calendar VCS files

Does anyone know if you can use Coldfusion to create a VCS or iCal file for outlook? I want them to click on a link and it add to their Outlook calendar. Can anyone help with this?

Did you have a look at www.cflib.org? I would be very surprised if they did not already have a function for that. (It is usually the first place to look for this type of thing.)
