CreateTimeSpan

Hi there,

I am wondering whether it's possible to use the CreateTimeSpan(x,x,x,x) function by using just seconds. In other words, is it possible to use 3600 seconds instead of 1h ? I want to place a single application variable to globally control my cache.

so my question is, is CreateTimeSpan(0,0,0,3600) the same as CreateTimeSpan(0,1,0,0) ?
