Database Browser Like phpMyAdmin?

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone knew of an application that allowed the manipulation and viewing of data in a database much like phpMyAdmin offers for PHP and MySQL?  I thought I'd see what was out there before writing something myself.  Thanks!

There are a ton of them out there...

Three that I have used in the past.  Toad(oracle), SQLDeveloper(oracle) and Enterprise Manager (MSSQL 2005 and older)
