DDX generated PDF Table of Contents issue

Hi,

I've generating a pdf with a ddx file and coldfusion and I want to indent the Table of Contents text by setting the left margin. No matter what I try I'm unable to do this... I've tried using the :

toc-margin property of the <TableOfContents> and also the <PageMargins left="36pt"/> element.

I can't find a decent example of styling a ddx generated Table of Content.

Can anyone help?
