Detect when leaving site

Is there a way to detect when a user is leaving a site and cause a pop up warning window in Cold Fusion?

Probably not, given that there are so many ways to do it. Plus, if someone is leaving the site using a method you didn't provide, it's probably intentional and all the pop up will do is annoy him.
