Development ColdFusion Debug IP addresses

The ColdFusion Developer's Edition has a two IP connection limit
(Excluding local 127.0.0.1).

The company has moved and reconfigured networks and now
I am unable to access the machine externally.

Is there any way to reset the two IP addresses, so the Development Machine can be
accessed externally?
I am not trying to bypass the Development Edition two IP address limit.

The two IP addresses are set as the first two to access the CF server
    after a server restart.
