documentation of REFind is pointing to a stageing URI

Assuming that you are using AEM for ColdFusion docs, in String Functions, the link for REFind is pointing to staging rather than production.  This is causing and 'Access Denied error."

E.g.: https://helpx.stage.adobe.com/coldfusion/cfml-reference/coldfusion-functions/functions-m-r/refind.html

Should be:

https://helpx.adobe.com/coldfusion/cfml-reference/coldfusion-functions/functions-m-r/refind.html

Fix and promote the node in CRXDE and the error should disappear.
