Enterprise vs Standard License

Hi,
A quick question:
If I download the trial version of CF8, it includes the Enterprise functions. If I just buy the Standard license and enter that license in the trial, will it revert to Standard or do I have to download and install a "Standard" version? In other words, it seems that the download (300 mg) is the same but the license key determines the "version" (Standard or Enterprise).
