Error: Could not convert socket to TLS

Last Friday, we changed TLS certs on mail server. Now scheduled mailings are not going out. I'm getting the following error in my mail.log file.

"Error","scheduler-0","06/03/13","14:24:56",,"javax.mail.MessagingException: Could not convert socket to TLS;   nested exception is:javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: sun.security.validator.ValidatorException: PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target"

Is Coldfusion caching the certs? How do get Coldfusion to recognize new cert?

I'm on CF10 and up-to-date on hotfixes.

Possibly relevant: someone else had an issue with a self-signed SSL certificate that they solved by importing the cert into the key store. http://forums.adobe.com/message/4246821
