Error when accessing CFIDE config - The getVerityService method was not found.

When trying to access the CFIDE administrator, it shows the error:

The getVerityService method was not found.

I'm running CF9, and know little of Coldfusion in particular, just savvy reading code on an inherited application.

The reason I need to access CFIDE administrator was to configure the custom tags, if it makes sense? Trying to get the cfx_zipman tag to work on a new instance that I'm trying to get running...
