Question

Export to excel function might be mis-behaving

Using Fusebox platform with an SQL database

We have an export to excel function for a database that has around 16
fields. One user (only one) ends up with duplicate records (5 of each
field) when she exports. No one else has reported this issue (though I don't
know how many are using it), and each of our attempts to recreate it have
not produced the same results the user gets (our tests work correctly).

She's using IE.

Has anyone heard of this anamoly before? Any ideas as to why it may be
occuring?

Thanks,

Teddy

The user can only click a single link that generates the conversion - no
    ability to customize.

Good question though. I should have clarified that in my original post.

It's really odd how individual computers or connections to the internet can
    be so different (or quirky).

Can the user customize the query in anyway. Is there some possible way
they could be creating a query that multiplies the results with some
    unlinked join or something?
