Extensions partially broken

I recently installed beta 3, and I'm noticing that any user created extensions that should show up in the right click menu for a file/folder in Navigator no longer show up.  I have been trying to build a new extension, and I couldn't figure out why my menu items wouldn't display.  Then I tried installing several other extensions that operate from the Navigator, and none of those show up either.  Is it just me, or should I file a bug?
